Shannon Reinke

Shannon Reinke is the owner and founder of Strata Philanthropy, LLC.  Prior to founding Strata Philanthropy, Shannon was the Vice President of Prospect Development and Data Services with the Children's Minnesota Foundation where she institutionalized reporting, prospect management, and fundraising compliance.  Previously, Shannon was the Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy Operations at Beth Israel Lahey Health – one of the largest health systems in the greater Boston area, where she oversaw a team of 31. She joined BILH from one of the member entities, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where she was the Senior Director of Development Operations.

Prior to joining the healthcare industry, Shannon worked in Higher Education fundraising, most recently at Boston College during their $1.5B “Light the World” campaign.  During her tenure at BC, she also held roles in database administration and annual fund marketing.  Shannon got her start in fundraising at Harvard Business School. 

Shannon holds a BA in English Literature from Providence College and an MBA from Boston College.  She lives in Minnesota with her husband, daughter, and miniature dachshund, who occasionally makes appearances during virtual meetings.
